Shipping policy

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps us reduce the carbon footprint associated with storing and transporting bulk goods. As a result of these products being made especially for you as soon as you place an order, it may take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. We believe this is a fair trade off when taking into consideration the potential long term impacts on the environment as a result of mass production. Where we ship We currently ship to Canada and the United States. More may follow.

Delivery times Most orders arrive within 25 business days of being placed. That estimate covers the whole journey, from making your item to it reaching your door. Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons all have an impact. If your order passes that window, email us and we'll do our best to chase it down.

Shipping costs Shipping is free. Every order, every time, no minimum spend. Taxes still apply.

Tracking You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number once your item ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually ordinary carrier lag. Reach out anyway and we'll look into it.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it once we've confirmed the correct address, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
